Refund Policy

We have formed this billing and refund policy to enable our customers to be better aware of how and when we process a refund back to them.

We can provide a refund back to a customer in these scenarios as described below. You are requested to go through this policy before paying to pre-book a cab via us.

Policy in Brief

  1. We will provide 100% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 10 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.
  2. We will provide 100% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 7 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.
  3. We will provide 50% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 4 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.
  4. We will provide 30% refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 2 days of the booking date. Any bank charges will be debited before providing the refund back to our customers.
  5. We will not be able to provide a refund to a customer if the customer asks for a refund before 48 hours of the booking / pickup date. This is because any pre-booking amount we receive is already forwarded to the concerned cab – 2 days before the booking or pickup time.

By making a payment to us towards any pre-booking or by making a payment, you automatically agree to this policy as mentioned and set by us above.
